The deadlines are currently 48 hours minimum. This means that:

If you want to be delivered on Tuesday evening, you must place your order before Sunday at 6 p.m.
If you want to be delivered on Thursday evening, you must place your order before Tuesday at 6 p.m.
If you want to be delivered on Friday evening, you must place your order before Wednesday at 6 p.m.


Yes, you can postpone or cancel your order 48 hours before the day of delivery.
To do so, contact us and provide your order number, your name, and phone number.
We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to modify your order or refund you.
If you have a significant issue less than 48 hours before your order is delivered, contact us by phone (0470.94.73.54), and we will do our best to assist you.


Since our products are fresh and perishable, returns are not accepted. We guarantee the quality of all our PIMSIE products. Our Juices & Mylks are pressed and delivered to you or picked up at the PIMSIE LAB on the same day.
However, if you have any issues with your order, contact us (0470.94.73.54). We will do our best to help you.


You can securely pay for your orders on our site using Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal

Unfortunately, we cannot apply a promo code retroactively. BUT it is not lost, keep it safe in your email, and you can use it for your next order. If you have two promo codes, don't hesitate to contact us by email so that we can send you a promo code for the total amount of your discount.


PIMSIE presses and delivers the same day! Currently, our delivery service covers the 19 communes of Brussels as well as Linkebeek, Beersel, Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Alsemberg, and Waterloo.

A 12€ fee applies for all deliveries.

Rest assured, we will soon be delivering the rest of Belgium.

If you live in another commune and are eager to taste our Juices, or if you don't want to pay delivery fees, you can pick up your freshly pressed orders at the PIMSIE LAB located at Rue de l'Église, 20 in 1630 Linkebeek (a neighboring commune of Uccle/Brussels) or at our collection points:
- bocally & Zotte Pot, located at Rue de Stalle, 280 in 1180 Uccle.
- White Night Uccle, located at Avenue Brugmann, 359 in 1180 Uccle.
- White Night Châtelain, located at Place du Châtelain, 43 in 1050 Ixelles.
- White Night Montgomery, located at Avenue de Tervuren, 189 in 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.

PIMSIE delivers in Brussels on Tuesdays between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. and on Fridays between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
For other communes, deliveries take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.


Yes, when finalizing your order, you can choose to have it delivered (Local Delivery) or pick it up (Store Pickup). You can choose to pick up your freshly pressed orders at the LAB located at Rue de l'Église, 20 in 1630 Linkebeek (a neighboring commune of Uccle/Brussels) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridaysbetween 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Pickup is free!

PIMSIE offers you the option to pick up your orders for free at bocally & Zotte Pot, a bulk grocery store, located at Rue de Stalle 280 in 1180 Uccle on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. and Fridays between 4 p.m. & 7 p.m. or at the White Night locations on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 1 p.m. and midnight.


Yes, of course. But don't forget to contact us to make your request at least 48 hours in advance. PIMSIE will refund your delivery fees if you pick up at the LAB, and we will ask you to pay the delivery fees before scheduling it.


It is very important for you to be present at the delivery time chosen when placing your order. Or to ensure that someone is aware and ready to receive your order and put it directly in the refrigerator. Our products must be kept cold. If our delivery person cannot hand over your order in person, it will be lost and therefore non-refundable and non-compensable. Also, make sure to confirm with the delivery person that the order is correct.
