The current lead time is a minimum of 48 hours. This means that:
If you wish to be delivered on Monday, you must place your order before Saturday at 6 PM.
If you wish to be delivered on Tuesday, you must place your order before Sunday at 6 PM.
If you wish to be delivered on Thursday, you must place your order before Tuesday at 6 PM.
If you wish to be delivered on Friday, you must place your order before Wednesday at 6 PM.
Yes, you may postpone or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the delivery date.
Please contact us and provide your order number, name, and phone number. We will get back to you as soon as possible to modify your order or issue a refund.
If you have an urgent issue less than 48 hours before delivery, please contact us by phone (0470.94.73.54) and we will do our best to help you.
As our products are fresh and perishable, returns are not accepted. We guarantee the quality of all PIMSIE products. Our juices & mylks are freshly pressed and delivered or picked up the same day at the PIMSIE LAB.
However, if you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
You can securely pay for your orders on our website using Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply a promo code retroactively. However, it is not lost—please keep it safe in your inbox and use it for your next order.

PIMSIE presses and delivers on the same day. We currently deliver across the 19 municipalities of Brussels, as well as Linkebeek, Beersel, Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Alsemberg, and Waterloo.
A €12 delivery fee applies to all deliveries.
We will soon expand delivery to the rest of Belgium.
If you live outside these areas or prefer not to pay delivery fees, you may collect your freshly pressed orders at the PIMSIE LAB, Rue de l’Église 20, 1630 Linkebeek (near Uccle/Brussels), or at our pickup points:

- White Night Uccle, Avenue Brugmann 359, 1180 Uccle
- White Night Châtelain, Place du Châtelain 43, 1050 Ixelles

Pickup is free of charge.
PIMSIE currently delivers on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 2 PM and 6 PM.
Yes, during checkout you can choose either Local Delivery or Store Pickup.
You may collect your freshly pressed order at the LAB, Rue de l’Église 20, 1630 Linkebeek (near Brussels/Uccle) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 3 PM and 5 PM. Pickup is free.
New pickup points: Zotte Pot (Uccle) and White Night locations (Uccle, Ixelles, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre), available on selected days and hours.

PIMSIE will refund delivery fees if you switch to pickup, or request payment if switching to delivery.
It is essential that you are present during the selected delivery time. Otherwise, please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order immediately.
Our products must remain cold. If the delivery cannot be handed over in person, the order will be lost and is non-refundable and non-compensable.
